I started taking computer programming classes at UW-Milwaukee which gave me a solid foundation to understand what technology can do for you.
Over my 20+ year career in Human Resources, I’ve implemented various systems and improved system utilization to increase efficiency and access to information. I am a strong believer in work smarter, not harder and using lean to streamline processes.
